AutoCAD Tutorial: Block Command

A Block is a collection of entities which is treated as a single object. Selecting one particular entity will select all object contained within the block. They can be moved, rotated, mirrored etc and are always treated as one whole object. Let us learn in this section to create a block, and various other features of blocks.
